The UHV TPD workstation is a fully serviced UHV chamber with sample heating stage , 3F/PIC quadrupole mass spectrometer and TPD analysis software.
Hiden TDS Workstation. Includes:
·Hiden HAL/3F RC 301 PIC, type 553021, triple filter mass spectrometer with mass range to 300 amu and with pulse ion counting single channel electron multiplier detector.
·UHV vacuum manifold including viewport.
·Dual turbomolecular pumps (1 x 60L/s and 1 x 240 L/s).
·Dual oil-sealed rotary pumps.
·Dual Penning gauges for total pressure read out.
·Linear transfer mechanism and loadloack, including gate valve and viewport.
·Heated sample stage to 1000°C, with temperature controller.
