A set of two autoMACS Columns is required for operating the autoMACS Instruments and ensure high recovery and purity of target cells. Once installed, the columns become part of a closed fluidic system that keeps you safe when dealing with hazardous samples. Columns can be used for up to 100 separations within 14 days. Monitoring and priming of the columns are automatically managed by the instrument software.
Column substitutes for long-term storage are provided with the autoMACS Pro Separator Starter Kit.
