This logic-scope is a combination of logic state-analyzer and dual-trace oscilloscope.
The sophisticated logic state-analyzer is provided with a number of functions which make the instrumentcapable of allowing data to be examined from all types of microcomputer-based systems.
2 clocks, 3 qualifiers, 21 data channels and 4 trigger modes parallel, quasi-parallel ,sequential and immediatesequential triggering -allow the user to monitor computer programs to indicate all kinds of software problems. Different modes of displaying data on the screen, a cathode ray-tube calibrated into 8x10 divisions,gives the opportunity of observing captured data in different formats.
The high performance dual-trace oscilloscope enables the user to trace timing problems in a frequency rangefrom 0 - 35 MHz. The dual-trace oscilloscope can be used in combination with the wide range of trigger facilities of the state-analyzer, which enables the user to observe timing problems in a computer-based system.A double-insulated power supply enables the frame ground to he directly connected to floating ground circuitsprovided this grounddoes not carry live potentials.
Interference by ground currents, as is frequently experienced with grounded instruments is also substantiallyreduced.
